Reception staff very welcoming and helpfull. Room coffee maker came with loads of 'portions' - not the usual 'two'. Garden is lovely - sorry but I picked some delicious figs off the tree for breakfast! Great location....very different to the hectic Dubrovnik old town. We didn't have a car but -you have your own parking. Loved the promenade to the beach with good bars and restaurants and a great family vibe. My favourite area on the mainland. I booked this place, totally ignorant of Croatia/Dubrovnik, purely because it looked near to a beach. My expectations were that it would be adequate....it was an excellent choice.

Clean, high quality furnishings, lovely period features. Ideal. Location for the seafront promenade. Supermarket close by! Small pool to cool off by. Close to bus stops.

Property is lovely, ideally situated for restaurants and bars in easy walking distance as is the bus stop down to the old town. Must mention the receptionist Anita, who is clearly passionate and proud of what she does and her area, she went above and beyond giving advice and assistance to us.

Convenient location, short bus ride to the Old Town with plenty of facilities and sea front nearby. Free hotel parking was helpful. Host, Anita was willing and helpful.

Property is in a great location away from foot traffic around Old Town. You can get the bus to Old Town but we found these were crowded so opted for the convenience of Uber (€10 to Pile Gate). The promenade is a very short walk from the property, and this was a nice place to spend early mornings and evenings. There are some really nice restaurants nearby - Pantarul was exceptional and Mango’s was very pleasant, to name a couple of them. Anita was very helpful during the booking process and check in. We didn’t require much support during our stay, as the room was very clean and comfortable - I hadn’t slept that well in a long time! Some guests came in a little later and made some noise, but it was peak season, didn’t last long, and there was nothing really the property could have done to prevent it. The pool isn’t essential when there are so many spots to relax near to the sea, but it was nice to have. It was useful to chill there for an hour or two and read a book on a sun lounger. Bathroom was very clean and fitted with a modern shower. No complaints at all.
