The location is in the heart of the old town and you do not have to climb any hills to reach it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well organised. Breakfast was superb with good choices. The rooftop terrace was also an excellent location to enjoy the view and atmosphere of the old town.

The hotel is well located and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was lovely. The air conditioning in one of the rooms was great. Took advantage of the treatment rooms for a relaxing massage and facial. The restaurant at the top of the hotel has a gorgeous view and good food.

The hotel is fantastic and worth every penny. Service was excellent. Great location - could not be better. You are about 20 metres from the main street. The breakfast is excellent and served on a the roof terrace overlooking the town. The staff are super friendly and the room very stylish.

Location was great just inside the main Pile gate to the walled old city and with step free access to reception. The staff were excellent. Being a UNESCO heritage city there were no lifts but everything was carried up and down the stairs to our rooms. Staff assisted us with getting transport to the ferry on the only wet day we experienced. The showers were great. We did not have breakfast at the restaurant but went there for dinner which was exceptional. The wait staff knew their products, the chef was amazing and the attention to detail and the view from the rooftop spectacular. However be aware that the price is in keeping with the standard and booking is essential as the restaurant is tiny.

Beautiful hotel in fabulous location. Expensive, but you are in the heart of Old Town. Excellent breakfast with lovely service.
