The location is amazing just down one of the side streets as you enter Pile gate, The price was reasonable for central Dubrovnik, Bustling area with plenty of food and drink options around, The room was clean and well air conditioned, The balcony area was nice, Instructions to enter the property was very clear, It was amazing to stay inside the city walls

Welcome snacks & home produced brandy in the Annex vestibule. Someone happened to be working there and carried my case up the quite steep stairs. Thoughtful & well executed black, gold and dark green decor. Very convenient for good restaurants.

If you need somewhere right in the centre of the old town, this is for you. Steps away from the history, restaurants and atmosphere. Andio is an old house with a lot of steep stairs - but very clean, quiet and comfortable. We will definitely be back.
