Please note that the front desk is open only from Monday to Sunday from 07:00 until 23:00. Should the guests arrive outside of front desk working hours we kindly request to notify the front desk and someone will be there to assist with the check-in process. Please note that the property is accessed via 60 steps. The property is located in a building with no elevator.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Fantastic location (so long as you don't mind some steps) right along the sunset bay. Glorious breakfast terrace overlooking the sea. Very helpful staff, and lovely rooms worth the price.

Breakfast has stunning views but is very basic and not really suited to vegans/vegetarian/halaal diets aside from hot drinks and breads and basic cereal

The staff were helpful and the outdoor terrace was very nice to have breakfast. The breakfast choices were good.

The location was excellent for staying in Lapad, and the steps to/from the hotel were ok, we managed to use them all the time. The steps onto the road at the back of the hotel were a bit more dangerous in my opinion, we went for a walk one of the days and there is no handle rail or anything available so it didn't feel right and I was afraid I would fall. The views from our room were Excellent and even having breakfast outside was just beautiful. The breakfast buffet was ok, I would have expected more for the price we paid for our accommodation. it would be nice to be offered maybe an omelette freshly cookect - food could be left lying. There wasn't a huge variety but it was sufficient.

Location was great for the beach with plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Close also to bus stop into the Old Town. Great view over the bay and of the sunset.

Location is 10/10, 1 min walk down the stairs to the sea. Home made bread and cake are just amazing and all staff is extremely friendly. Terrace has breath taking view overlooking the bay and watching the sunset was spectacular . We will definitely come back.

Large bedroom with separate living area. You could choose when the rooms were cleaned. Breakfast was good for a small hotel. Hotel was very clean and had lovely views. The hotel is in a great locations. A few minutes walk to bars and restaurants.
