Location is good to visit old town (10-15 minutes steps down) the apartment was clean and modern.

I liked that it was very clean! Didn’t like that the AC only works on heat (I did message the host about this, he said it was because other guests are still using heat but it should work on both cool and heat) Lots of light came through the door at night so the room wasn’t very dark.

Matija was a fantastic host and the apartments were so affordable whilst also maintaining a high standard. Will definitely stay if I find myself in Dubrovnik again.

New equipment in a tinny studio. Great location for car fans- just above a Mazda dealership. Also parking (paid) almost at front of the house so not that often in the city. Quite convenient access to the old town- no more than 15 min walking. Easy access to the property with precise instructions from the owner.

It was a spacious apartment close to the airport bus station at the cable car and close to the old town.
