Excellent value. Any assessment of this property has to consider how inexpensive it is - our per night right was the equivalent of a modest lunch for two in the Old Town. The apartments are not perfect - a bit underprovisioned, a bit tired, a bit warm - but any downsides are overshadowed by the comfortable layout, the proximity to town, the friendly host and the price. The walk down the hill is something you get used to quickly. Tip: do not take the bus to the property if you are pulling a suitcase. There is little or no shoulder along the busy road where the bus stops.

Great balcony with a fabulous view. Comfortable and clean with everything we needed. Be aware it's quite a steep walk from the old town to the apartment and lots of stairs. We didn't mind as the walk is enjoyable and the apartment is quiet and away from crowds.

Very nice little apartment with a big balcony and spectacular view over Dubrovnik old town and the mediterranian sea. We couldn't get enough of that view! Very nice and helpful host, open for special requests. Easy communication. Very comfortable bed. Very calm surroundings. Kitchenette for preparing your breakfast and enjoying it on the balkony. Perfect for a stay in Dubrovnik and be outside of the hustle and buzzle. We would definitely come back Like mentioned before the private parking is a little challenging, but manageable. Otherwise if you are lucky there may be a free parking at the road. The 350 steps back up from old town are a bit sporty 😉.

All was absolutely perfect! Location is great, apartment is clean and comfortable. Hosts are the best! Very kind, helpful. We had problem with transfer, but Risto helped us. If I return to Dubrovnik, I will stay in Villa Kosovič again.

+ The location. Quiet yet nearby the historic center of Dubrovnik + The appartement is clean and it has all the comfort you need + The host + Possible to arrange with the host for a driver to get you from the airport and back at a price less than a taxi

Lovely view, however, after 9.30 am too hot to sit out. Terrace not covered and unprecedented temperatures. Risto and his wife were an absolute delight.
