Great apartments about a 20 minute walk to the old town - they are in a residential area so a little hard to find at first but only a couple minutes walk to a main road. Apartment was a good size, comfy beds, great view from balcony! Bathroom was modern and clean, the apartment seemed recently renovated. Beach towels were available which was a nice addition and a shared kitchen area with fridge to store things was really useful. Friendly owners who allowed to stay in room later on check out day until we left too which was very kind.

Everything worked very well for us! The hosts arranged our transfer from the airport, they were super hospitable and kept the place clean.

Excellent hosts and warmly welcome including a nice cold beverage after a long days journey. The host went above and beyond by giving me a ride to the bus station despite having a bus pass. Great bakery and restaurant recommendations as well.

The host served us super delicious apple juice on the first day when checking in. The room is spacious and clean! We have our own tiny kitchen in the room with complete cooking utensils and cutlery, which is super great because eating outside in Dubrovnik is really costly! The location is great, not too far from the old town, just about 20 min walk. There's a bus stop nearby, just 5 min away, but we need to climb stairs. Can't complain about this because stairs are everywhere in Dubrovnik, even worse in the old town, so compare to staying in old town, I would say staying here is much easier and less tiring if you are anti-stairs like me. As we are staying more than a week, they changed our towel once, which is great! They also provide beach towel! Overall, definitely a good stay here!

Well, to start with, this property though a bit far from the old town but at a great outdoor location. Our room was on the 2nd Floor and had a great view of the sea and surroundings. The room was extremely clean and our hosts were excellent. They even welcomed us with a welcome drink at 8 in the night. The common kitchen area at 1st floor is a cool common area. We stored our luggage in that area after checkout and came back in evening to collect our luggage for further travels.

First of all, location is great — the beach is 10 min away from the house, old city 20 min walking or you can take bus (the bus stop is nearby). The neighborhood is calm and quiet, you can see the sea from your room. Second of all, hosts Pero and Nada are extremely nice people, they helped me a lot, told much about city, beach, shops etc. They also offered me a glass of wine when I arrived)) The atmosphere was super relaxing. Room was clean, fresh bed linen etc. There is also a shared kitchen with everything needed. I would totally recommend this guesthouse!

I loved this property!!! It really had the feel of staying in a villa, loved the terrace and kitchen. Our room was very clean and spacious. The owners offer lots of extra amenities we didn't even know about, such as free beach towels, beach umbrella, ice and panini machines in the kitchen. The location was amazing as well, less than 30 minutes to the Old Town and 10min to the Bellevue beach, which I thought was one of the best beaches I've ever been to. Supermarkets, pharmacies and cafes in the near vicinity as well. All in all perfect for a beach holiday!

The room was lovely and modern, black out shutters, nice shower and toilet. 20 minute walk to old town, we did not walk from old town to apartments as up hill but there is a bus stop 5 minutes from apartment which was very convenient. Host was very welcoming and picked us up at the port which was very helpful.
