Such a fabulous experience - from our arrival where the host (Anna) greeted us, showed us our room and brought us wine and biscuits. The hosts arranged a cake for my daughters 18th birthday, and went above and beyond arranging a space outside for us to celebrate with balloons, decorations, nibbles etc, During our stay, we were provided with beautiful personal touches such as freshly cooked crepes and home made marmalade. We had 2 more birthdays the same week and was brought wine, fizz, cake, chocolates. Honestly, I cannot rate this property highly enough. The view from the balcony was amazing, with cruise ships coming and going as well as a fratilla of boats, ships etc. The apartment is in a fantastic location, a few steps down from the apartment down for a dip in the sea, and a short walk away to gorgeous beach, cafe bars, and dips in the sea off little coves. Honestly, you cannot go wrong - this is up there in the top places we have ever stayed. This is before we even mention Dubrovnik, the boat trips, the restaurants. We loved it xxx

Excellent host, Anna with others. Very prompt communication via messages. Nice clean apartment with excellent views to harbour. Nice location. Supermarket, restaurants within walking distance. Beach close by. Airport pick and trip to Montenegro was arranged and was on good price with good driver. Anna was very welcoming and offered food/drinks. They live downstairs so any issues or questions are sorted very quickly. We had late flight and we were offered to leave luggage with them. Old town easily accessible by uber. Apartment is on small road, it is best to walk for 100 meters to wider road before ordering uber.

Very nice place with a perfect view, has a parking space which is a big advantage in Dubrovnik. We were really happy with everything, and the host was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend! 😊

We loved our stay. Anna the host was so lovely and inviting. She was incredibly hospitable bringing us snacks and wine on arrival and at random times during our stay!! The location despite it being out of Dubrovnik old town was perfect for us. We were able to enjoy less crowds and it was an easy and quick bus away! We enjoyed it being convenient to easy beaches without having to pay for sun lounges and the beautiful walks nearby!

The hosts - Anna and Marijana - were wonderful, almost felt like part of their family. Very responsive to our requests. Nice comfortable apartment with all one may need. Easy access to the sea very near the apartment.

This apartment is exactly as described! Anna and her family were welcoming and helpful. They live in the apartment below so on hand if there are any questions or issues. The area is in Lapad which is quiet and residential and right on the water so you can take a dip in the sea directly opposite the apartment or walk 5 to 10 minutes to shingle beaches which were never very busy and had bars for shade and drinks. It’s about a 12 minute walk to the bus stop and then about a 10 minute ride into Pile Gate which is at the main entrance to Old Town. There are also a variety of restaurants and bars in walking distance from the apartment. The apartment itself is very good value for money. It’s clean, comfortable, lovely balcony where you can sit and watch the boats go by. It’s opposite where the cruise ships dock and we woke up to different ships every morning. Watching one leave and do a three point turn to get out was fascinating. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine and all you need.

Large apartment in beautiful Lapad. The view is exactly as shown in the photos. The host was fantastic and the apartment has everything you could want. The bus is easy into the old town. The parking is good but our GPS tried to tell us the wrong street. Just remember to go to the lowest street closest to the water.
