Apartment Overview

Situated in an UNESCO-protected house that was renovated in 2012, Apartments Grgich is set just outside the Dubrovnik City Walls and offers unique views of the Old Town and the sea. Two small terraces with a seating area is available for all guests. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The studios are air-conditioned and feature a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom with a shower and towels.
Various restaurants serving Mediterranean and Japanese dishes, as well as one of the most famous pizzerias in town can be found just 20 metres away. The apartments location is excellent as it offers vicinity to bus and taxi stations, local beach and numerous shops, while still being protected from the city noise and crowds.
The Stradun Promenade can be reached in 200 metres, while the panoramic cable car that offers unique views of the town can be found just 20 metres away. The famous Banje Beach is 200 metres away.
Local buses stop just 10 metres away, while the Main Bus Station and Ferry Port can be reached in 5 km. Dubrovnik Airport is 20 km away.

This apartment is cozy, with a comfortable bed and with all you need for a nice and short stay in beautiful Dubrovnik. It is located just a 5 minutes walk from Old Town, still quiet at night to sleep. The shuttle bus station to airport is like two minutes walk. The staff is friendly and willing to answer all your inquiries.

the location was very nice. just outside the old town but you could reach wall portion in few minutes walk downhill. similarly, a few minutes walk uphill would take you to the cable car.

The location was hard to beat with very reasonable prices, considering Dubrovnik normally is on the pricier side. We had everything we needed, the room was exactly as shown and the view was amazing

The property is in a very nice area pretty much center of everything and close to everything. Nice view too from the window especially during sunset and in the morning. Owner is a really nice and helpful man, he explained everything and even showed us where to park since parking is a bit of an issue.
