This is a self-contained annexe to the owners' house. It looks new, and is equipped and decorated to a high standard. The owners were very friendly and helpful when we arrived and when we left, including waiting with us for 20 mins for a taxi to arrive. We tried two of the restaurants they recommended, which were both very good. The location in Lapad is 5 minutes walk from the bus stop to the old town, and Lapad beach and a supermarket are also in walking distance. The balcony was nice for breakfast and in the evenings. As noted elsewhere the layout of the bathroom is unusual, but it was fine for us once we got used to it.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation apartment. The owners gave us a very warm welcome and were always willing to help with any questions or assist with our luggage. The location is excellent, being close to the bus station that takes you to the old town and just a short walk from the beach. The area around the apartment is quiet and peaceful, which was ideal for us to relax and feel right at home. The apartment itself is beautiful and clean, featuring a nice, hot shower and comfortable beds. We highly recommend it!
