The first room I stayed was nice, but the second not so nice

Self service check-in and check-out. Quiet room out back with comfy bed. Relaxing comunal area. Central location. The security measures in place in the property, including manned CCTV.

We have stayed in Butlers Townhouse a number of times and love what it has to offer Location is perfect and the room is always warm and comfortable It's not a 5 star hotel but there is definitely a place for what it has to offer namely value for money We look forward to staying there again in 2025

Lovely building, great lounge, my room was spacious with a large en-suite. Very convenient for the local train (over-ground) service, called Dart. Great restaurants within about 3 mins walk.
