Beautiful hotel, staff were all very pleasant. Rooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Location is perfect with shops, bars, and restaurants on the doorstep.

SUPERB LOCATION. STAFF WERE EXCELLENT THROUGHOUT THE HOTEL. ONE NICER THAN THE NEXT AND VERY EFFECIENT. WHAT I REALLY LIKED WAS THE HOTEL KEPT SEATS FOR RESIDENTS IN THE BARS WHICH WAS REALLY GREAT, WE HAVE STAAYED IN A 5 STAR HOTEL IN THE PAST AND THEY DID NOT ADOPT THIS POLICY. DEFINITELY WAS FOR US A BIG BONUS THAT THEY PUT RESIDENTS BEFORE THE PUBLIC TO ENSURE SPARE SEATS KEPT IN THE BARS.

The room was spacious and very comfortable.The location is superb for access to theatres and shops in Dublin. I requested access to my room and got it which was fabulous.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Christmas decorations just going up added to the ambience. Staff were very friendly.

Great location, warm and welcoming staff! Always around to help and great service! Valet car parking was so handy and the concierge were gentlemen!
