Staff in general were amazing and the breakfast was fantastic, it set us up for a full day exploring Dublin. Location was right in the centre and with St Stephens Green over the road.

Booked a Queen Double and got upgraded to a King and it was a very nice room. We ate in Grovers Lane Restaurant in the hotel and it was excellent. The bar also had a nice atmosphere and excellent drinks selection. A very central location.

The location is perfect for exploring the city. The staff was extremely helpful. I got a room with a small bed and requested an upgrade—Carlos and Anastasia were the best!

Stylish, comfortable, quiet room overlooking the inner courtyard. The staff were helpful and accommodating, from getting us a room at when we arrived early at 9.30am to tailoring breakfast just as we liked it.

Everything about our stay was wonderful, beautiful quiet room which is unexpected in the center of the city on a busy Friday evening, beautiful breakfast and some of the most genuine and lovely staff we have encountered in a long time. It was a special birthday for me and the stay was a gift from our daughter, when she called to ask if a late check out was possible as we were dining the following day for lunch in the excellent Glovers Alley in the hotel, she did not request any mention of the birthday be made and yet we arrived at our room to a beautiful cake, a thoughtful note from the manager and two glasses of Prosecco. The thoughtfulness extended to them noticing at check in that our other daughter was staying too and they dropped a glass to her room also. Such genuine attention to detail is a rarity these days and it elevated the whole stay to another level. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful time.

We had a room with a small shower when we checked in but was transferred to a bigger more comfortable room commensurate to the price we paid, with big thanks to Aiza and Anastacia at the reception.
