The rooms were very modern, clean and had luxury features. Great big beds, cool bathrooms and good air conditioning. Breakfast and welcome area was very nice. Sauna and Steam room are good too.

The staff were amazing. We had a issue with the heating in our allocated room which the manager personally tried to solve but couldn't. So he moved us himself into another room and apologised for the disruption with a complementary drink without any issue at all. The reception staff were lovely and so friendly. As a woman I had an issue (if you know, you know) and Patricia helped me out and was so gracious. Breakfast was on par with other similar level hotels. Great hotel for the location.

The Chancery is a gem of a hotel. Lovely rooms, restaurant and bar and attentive staff.

The staff at the front desk was friendly and superb, especially the lady(don't recall her name) from Tanzania (African country). The dark skinned gentleman at the front desk was also very friendly (forgot his name also). They were always willing to assist. The breakfast was great. The hotel is in walking distance to shopping, restaurants and attractions.
