Location was perfect. Reception staff were friendly as were the staff at breakfast and the cleaning staff. The bed was the comfiest. Shower was nice. Air con was too loud and the room was warm so needed the air con on. Turned it off to sleep. The lifts were terribly frustrating. The wait to get to the floor you chose was a nightmare, however only staying two nights, it wasn't an issue as we were more than capable of using the stairs. Absolutely would return to the hotel. Loved our stay

Everything was great! Booked a club room which was a smart room with in room controls, huge bed very comfortable. Shower was fantastic as was its cleanliness. The club room also gave us access to a private rooftop which was great. The coffee in the room was one of the best I have had for a hotel machine and pods.

The location, being right next to the train station coming from Belfast was handy. The staff were all great and very friendly. Aesthetically the hotel was very nice aswell.

Right outside the train station, rooms were lovely,, staff were friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, breakfast was definitely a 11 out of 10
