We've stayed at McGettigan's Townhouse - Olives & Figs Bistro for 4 nights (7-11 December), and it was a wonderful experience! The rooms were very comfortable, warm, and spotlessly clean, with excellent daily room service. The location was perfect, with everything we needed close by. We didn’t have to use any form of transport, which made exploring the area so convenient. We also tried the breakfast one morning, and it was very good—definitely worth it! Paul and David were fantastic hosts, welcoming us with genuine warmth and friendliness that made our stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to the team for their exceptional hospitality. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Such a cute stay above the pub which we had drinks and a great brunch at on the Sunday. Loved that the room had robes and tea & coffee station. Was easy to check in and we also left our bags for a few hours after checkout. Highly recommend this place!

Paul the man who greeted us was so accommodating and lovely to speak too, room was so equipped with everything, loved the fan, ribs and light up mirror in the bathroom would definitely stay again for a long visit!! Slay

Everything was great. The decor is retro and done in a lovely manner. Rooms were spotless and shower was great ( nearly nicked the Ginseng shower gel😄). It's a small walk from the Smithfield Luas stop, so it's location is spot on. Most of all, James is an unreal host. Although only talking to him for a small while, his friendly and helpful manner was really appreciated. A gent!

The location is a little outside the main areas but if you like walking a lot of the main attractions can be easily reached or the tram is virtually just up the road or buses run regularly from only one street away
