Very central location, within walking distance to all attractions we wanted to visit. Temple bar, Trinity College, Guinness Storehouse. Very clean rooms, all amenities provided.

Most of the room needs correction. TV set is facing the door. Not the sitting corner. No place for towels inside the shower room. At least 8 hours of walls dreeling with (almost) no rest. We asked for back room but we got a straight main street window (good windows, no noise!). No! air condition (it is under renewing). We would leave or ask for partial money back, but the location was perfect for us (it is a very good location anyway). room cleaning is good!

Decorators were working outside our room so debris was around when we needed access. Builders were also working outside so from 8.00 it was a little noisy. But this is necessary so luck of the draw.

Incredible view of city. Stylish and spacious bedroom. A short walk to Vicar St and Chester Beatty Library/ Dublin Castle. Casual dining in Grill and Bar. Very friendly and helpful staff

My stay was mixed, our room was spotless and had great amenities but it was extremely warm and very loud when we opened the windows for air. They were unable to find my booking and I had to wait until it was sorted. The three staff at reception conversed in their own language, which I thought was a bit rude, while I stood there with my partner and a baby waiting for them to find my reservation. I was informed that works were being done at the property between 9-5pm and it would be loud, this was not a problem but the works started at 8.25am. Beds were not comfortable. Cot we requested had a cigarette burn in it.

No notification at check in about building works taking place in the hotel. Woken at 8am to the sound of hammering taking place
