Went to breakfast at 10.00 am and was told I was too late , food was still displayed but staff wouldn’t allow me to a table , I paid for breakfast extra. When I checked out zero questions where asked about how my stay was. It wasn’t great and I paid for a delux room as a treat.

It was situated in a nice Georgian part of Dublin and a nice Georgian building of which was reminiscent of James Joyce’s novel, “The Dubliners!”

Room was clean and warm. TV and kettle plus a selection of tea and coffee. Free admission into Coppers nightclub was a nice bonus, was also handy being able to leave my jacket in my room before entering the nightclub.

The room was very nice, and the location was excellent. There was a bit of noise, but it stopped around 2-3 AM, so it wasn’t an issue.

I want to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by the Ayana at reception team. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly with a friendly smile and a professional attitude that immediately put me at ease. Ayana incredibly helpful, attentive, and efficient, ensuring that all my questions were answered and my needs were met promptly. Especially when I was struggling on the flight check in and she also advised on that. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made my experience truly exceptional. Thank you for setting such a high standard for customer service—I truly felt valued and cared for. Keep up the fantastic work!
