Check in, check out very pleasant! Staff was fantastic! The room was spacious, quiet and very clean! The swimming pool, hot tub was excellent! The service in the lounge, bar area and reception was really great!

Surprised to be charged an 8 euro supplement at breakfast based on how I wanted my eggs prepared (benedict). Other Irish hotels I have stayed in at this level and price point do not do this.

A 5 star hotel that needs a little bit of a face lift. Excellent staff however. Hotel was comfortable but a little tired. It's also out of the city so you need to travel in and out via taxi or bus.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is superb with beautiful rooms and very professional, friendly staff. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and breakfast was lovely.

For a 5 star hotel, breakfast was very mediocre. No menu, no pancakes, French toast etc. Number of guests meant we were seated at smaller buffet. We weren’t offered toast or eggs which we found out after were available in the bigger buffet.
