The rooms, staff friendliness and efficiency - very attentive to the Pub below The Gas works was just lovely a good walk into Dublin but staff also able to book a taxi so worked well .

Staff was very friendly and accommodating, housekeeping, reception as well as as restaurant, breakfast and in hotel Café staff. They also had a vending machine with water, soft drinks and snacks and an ice machine, which was fun for my child during an evening dash through the hall. Can't say much about the location as we only stayed one night for a meeting my daughter had the next morning. We planned on heading out but it was bucketing down so stayed in instead

The hotel is good. Location is good, due to the weather, we decided to travel by taxi, however if the weather is good, the central part of Dublin in a walking distance. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was spacious. The showers were the best! Fabulous pressure and nice and hot. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast was plentiful on choice and amount. On the first morning we were leaving before breakfast was served but the staff organised a takeaway breakfast that was simple and delicious, especially the fruit salad.

I loved the breakfast and the room especially the bathroom. Very good shower. Also the staff was super helpful

I didn't have the breakfast. Sometimes, I am not a Breakfast person. I ordered meals in the afternoon and evening instead. They were tasty and well presented. The location was handy with the DART a 2 mins stroll from the Hotel.
