V friendly staff..Great location near main shopping St and in the city..v safe area. Beautiful bar and bistro..bar person did his best to accomodate our needs re diet.great food and drink and very attentive staff.lovely warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Location was great, we usually go to Dean across the road. Decided to try across the road. Front of house staff only fair on manner. Friday night guests out of control with no staff asking them to behave. We slept on 3rd floor to fire alarm going off twice. I reported sick all over lift area and carpet, one hour later it was still there.

Central hotel , very well maintained , rooms fabulous as was lobby area. The bar and restaurant were excellent. Very friendly professional staff who were friendly knowledgeable and gave exceptional customer care.
