Please note our building doesn't have Reception 24h that's why Contactless Check in is required. We will be in touch with the guest soon enough to organize their check in. In that case the payments will be done before the guests arrive at the Property.Please note that the total amount of guests must be entered in the reservation. Only declared guests will be able to check-in. Visitors are not allowed.The card used at the time of booking as well as the cardholder, must be present at the time of check-in.The number of guests attending must be stated in the reservation and for extra guests, there is a EUR 40 fee per person, per night. Children under 5 years old can stay for free.When booking for 9 persons or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.Please note that guests have to contact the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to arrange check-in.Late check-in is possible by prior arrangement and for an additional fee:

The property was clean and well equipped. The location was 15 minute walk from the city centre and there was plenty of room for our group of 5.

It was a short walk from the city centre, maybe 20 minutes. The apartment was well equipped getting in, leaving, and checking out were easy.

Ideal if you want space - we travelled with 2 teenagers and the property kindly set up the sofa bed so kids didn't have to share a bed. The apartment is spotlessly clean with a new bathroom and a well equipped kitchen if you want to cook (small spa supermarket downstairs). We also appreciated the free washer/dryer after a wet day. It is an easy 10-15 min walk into the Centre and 5-10 mins to the train station and tram stop - so very easy to get around.

The kitchen has all things we need. The location is fairly good with a small market and walking distance to public transportation.

Lovely clean apartment with plenty of room and great facilities. Well explained and great communication from the property. As a family going to the 3arena, the location is good and very convenient to the train station and a spar just a couple of minutes away
