- Guests are required to show a photo identification and a damage deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.- Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.- Reception is open Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday - Sunday & Bank Holidays 9am - 6pm.
If you are arriving outside of the official reception hours you can check-in with security at the entrance to the sports complex.- PARKING: Please be advised, that parking terms & conditions may have changed since you booked. Please note that Parking is now chargeable.

I didn’t realise it was so far from the centre and didn’t seem much nearby Other than that it was great and the staff very friendly and helpful

Room was clean and tidy. Bit or work required to hide plumbing in the bathroom and I had to re fit the toilet seat and repair the plug in the sink to attach the mechanism to open close the plug ? The kitchen has good and well equipped and provisioned. Overall a good stay and a great location to attend the Helix. 5 minute walk Good booking in Information and pay the car park fees or else you will get clamped

I was surprised that rooms were that nice and clean. The surrounding area was nice and had a nice shop with friendly staff.

I wasn't happy with my stay. Reception was too far away. Use of key card not explained and caused me a lot of unnecessary hassle to get to my room asci couldn't get the lift working!!!

Our accommodation excelled our expectations for comfort , cleanliness & value for money.. Easy to Book on booking.com along with the follow up emails until our arrival. Very much appricieated. On arrival the staff on reception were very welcoming 100% customer service skills.
