Its location . Friendly staff, adjacent bar was excellent with again friendly staff and served food . For a city centre hotel I found it great and would definitely stay again

Location was convenient for the theatre where we were going to a show but as we were driving, the car parking was not so convenient to drive to. However, it was less than a 5 minute walk to reach and the hotel had a special rate negotiated with the car park provider.
