Room was big, clean and comfy. Only issue I had was charging money deposit. I don't remember last time I came across this practice, especially in Dublin.

What was exceptional here was the staff. Vanessa, Damian and particularly the lovely Amadou were the concierges of your dreams, helpful, kind, always trying to improve our experience (and always succeeding). The king bed was juicy! the robes in the room were great. Having laundry facilities on site for guests was a great help too. The 7th floor aerie with the bar and reception were terrific.
