Homely and inviting foyer area, like a sitting room. Very friendly and welcoming male receptionist on duty, Food in the restaurant was good, great Guinness, though the barmen could have been more friendly.

Very friendly staff, very helpful, the hotel is close to all the attractions but not so close that it's noisy. Breakfast is a help yourself buffet the food lovely. Groomes bar has a nice atmosphere and again nice food.

It is perfectly located for us, the room is very good from the beautiful decor to the cleanliness. We had dinner and breakfast both were very good indeed and value for money too.

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous at all times. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The location of the hotel was perfect for us-so near the aircoach bus stop and within walking distance of everywhere in the city centre.
