Perfectly located beside the train station and a quick walk to the city centre. Welcoming and friendly staff. Room was absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable.

The location is very good since it's near the bus station. The reception desk, very helpful and very friendly. I took double bed which is quite spacious.

Being close the bus stop for Belfast was good. Though from the airport we needed a taxi as when we asked about the bus stop from one company they didn't stop close enough for an older couple with luggage. (They stopped at the other side of a bridge). The taxi cost extra, but it went ok. I think it would be great if the information for the various means of travel ( bus, train, taxi etc.) Was provided by the hotel ahead of time.... especially for those who don't navigate the internet well. To have all the information at hand would be a big help & who should know better than you guys.

Off peak late bookings are very competitively priced. Despite the proximity of Busaras, it was very quiet

Interesting furniture, and the hotel is pretty much in the city center. Also, on a personal note, i liked the winding corridors and different styles that are featured throughout the hotel, however some might find that less appealing.
