The hotel is in a very nice location - at the end of Baggot Street - in a nice area in the south side of the city, about a 15-minute walk to Stephen's Green; the room was warm, cosy, very clean with all good facilities - tea/coffee, spacious shower etc; the staff were friendly and welcoming; check out at 12. Mine was a same-day booking and the room was on the ground floor at the back, so very quiet.

Clean, recently-refurbished ensuite bathroom was a plus. Room was warm & comfortable and came with a tea & coffee station despite its relatively small size.

The property was nice, the accommodation was much larger than I expected, and the breakfast was excellent, albeit perhaps a little too much food.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing (big, simple to use, red hot) and the location is decent. The staff were very nice. They have invested money in the bathroom; impressive.
