Great location, excellent rooms, neat, clean and tidy. Parking outside the room, pool great for the kids. Make sure you say hello to Steve the owners Corgi (if you're a dog lover). Main street Dubbo is a close walk

ASked for a late departure and the receptionist was very helpful in organizing it- no trouble at all, As well the day was very hot but they handed out pool towels with every check in if asked so people could use the pool immediately. I thought the staff were excellent
