Breakfast did not live up to our expectation. I ordered Smashed avocado and what was served up as freshly smashed avocado was green mayo. Not pleasant at all.

The 2 chaps (covering for the Owner's absence, I believe) were excellent and exceedingly helpful. They suggested we make the most of the Dubbo Zoo 2 day ticket. Also explained about the huge washing machine, which takes a large load. So handy when you have been travelling. The bed was comfy. Good shower & toiletries. Easy parking by room. Sheltered sitting area with TV. Walking distance (14 mins) into town centre & eateries.

Great location, really nice room. Prefect for a 2 day stay. Good amount of car parking which is secure at night.

Location, and had restaurant on site . Clean fresh room , the bed was so comfortable. Quiet area , slept well. Liked the secure gated car park.

The reception couple made us feel very welcome, the motel units were very modern and extremely well presented, the beds were quite comfortable and the bathrooms were well equipped. With the hot weather when we arrived 42c the air conditioning was on and the room beautifully cool. Overall one of the better motels that I have stayed in.

The room was spacious and very clean. The car parking was very convenient and having a Thai restaurant right next door was wonderful. We love Thai food, it is our favourite cuisine.
