Very easy to check in with PIN on keypad. Modern rooms and amenities. Very clean. Well set up. TV got free to air only and they are gradually replacing with smart TVs (they told me). Two car spaces for each unit by what I could see. Full fridge and microwave. Single kitchen sink and cutlery and dishwashing equipment/liquid provided. Shelf in shower which is better than just a soap dish. Good reverse cycle air con. Single wooden door to outside. I was able to back almost right up to the door to get bags in and out of car which was handy. Right near mall - very handy location. Manager answered a question I had very promptly via a quick phone call to discuss. Even though it is right off the busy road, you couldn’t really hear the traffic very much.

Good location for what I was doing from a work perspective. Room was quiet & clean. Basic needs all met quite well and a property that I will consider in the future when I have to stay in Dubbo again, whether for work or with family.
