Good value for Dubai. Excellent co-working space with coffee, tea and biscuits. Lots of efforts are made to organise events to try and bring people together. Nice pool. Good fast broadband.

Amazing price and offer for Dubai, especially for remote workers. You get everything you need: spacious room and well equipped kitchen, co-working space with phone cells, pool, gym, community classes and events. There are multiple grocery options at a walking distance, restaurant and cafés are also not too far.

This place has a great energy and I loved living in its deluxe studio, I could find young employees for my company here which were guests and also found lots of collabs with influencers because a lot of them come here too, so I recommend it as a starting place for young stars in Dubai, very friendly and cool staff a lot of them are russian, speak very good english.

Washing machine was a great plus for me. The location was convenient for me since I am familiar with the area and had a rental car. For first time visitors, the location could be a challenge.
