Very nice hotel. Perfect for families, couples or groups. The hotel can accommodate all occasions and requirements to a high standard. The service and attitude from the staff is exceptionally polite and professional.

Location is little Bit far from Everything but that was ok. We were sad that there is no spa (steam room, sauna). Mr Selcuk was very helpful and friendly

Especially the staff of the hotel is extraordinary. Our little daughter had a birthday and all the hotel staff was done everything to keep her happy and surprised. I would like to send apecial thanks to Mr Brian at the pool service, he was so interested with us and was very kind

A very fancy Hotel at THE PALM. This place is a bit far off from rest of the city, though the property is nice. The Breakfast spread is fantastic & totally worth it.

Where do I begin 🥰 This was always going to be a special holiday because we were surprising our daughter for 39th birthday but from the very moment we arrived to the moment we left - it was turned into a memory of a lifetime ❤️ Never experienced such amazing customer service from start to finish. For us - a hotel & its facilities are important but the main thing is the people and you exceeded every expectation.👏👏👏
