Cleanless, varieties of restaurant options. There was an african lady at the reception she was super helpful and nice, unfortunately didn't get her name.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The overall experience was very good, but what truly stood out was the person responsible for cleaning the room. He was absolutely amazing—every detail was taken care of with such precision and care. It’s the first time I’ve seen this level of perfection in hotel housekeeping. He made the stay feel extra comfortable and special. Truly outstanding service!

Everything was amazing from the beautifully decorated room to the amazing staff and amenities. The buffet breakfast is a must with delicious food to cater for big and small. We will definitely be back.

Amazing location between Dubai Marina and Palm Jumeirah (saves you from traffic). Variety of pool options are available for toddlers and kids. Beach is great just in front of the building. Breakfast was perfect. The staff was always helpful.

Can’t recommend the W enough, we spent 3 nights there and were sad to leave. The staff at the Ginger Moon were so attentive and friendly, drinks were always ice cold too which isn’t easy in Dubai! Breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed trying some of the other restaurants in the resort. The Baba steakhouse was lovely. Can’t wait to go back! Thank you for an incredible stay x
