The hotel a typical boutique style hotel. It was a well presented hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing and couldn’t do enough. I normally would have stayed at one of the luxury large hotel but me and my daughter thought it looked nice and didn’t wanted to get lost in a bigger hotel! The beach staff were very attentive and would check in regularly to see if we needed anything!

+ Nice hotel with a new and clean room (except for the outside of the windows). Stylish interior and furniture. The room has everything you need. They even provide instant cocoa along with tea and coffee, and it tastes good. Spacious bathroom. Lovely rooftop pool with enough sunbeds. Tasty food in the restaurant, portions are very large. There is a spa in the building, had a massage and really liked it. Very friendly service, from the restaurant hostess and bellboys to the receptionist Marat (special thanks!) - I couldn’t switch the shower water from hot to cold, noticed this right before checkout and didn’t ask staff for help, so maybe it was my mistake. The beach is not great: the sand doesnt feel nice , the water is cloudy (not the hotel’s fault). Also it is private but across the road so you can’t access it directly from the hotel. Still, a comfortable hotel with great service and overall nice for a short stay.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The staff treated us fantasticly for the entirety of our stay, but the real highlight was the breakfast staff team - they were simply outstanding and deserve to be recognised for it. From the moment we walked in each morning you could feel a genuine hospitality. Their friendliness, attention to detail and efficiency were second to none. They truly deserve a special recognition and are one of the main reasons why I’ll be coming back to Voco. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the location is perfect, with plenty of taxis available to get in and out of the Palm effortlessly, also plenty of restaurants. The rooftop swimming pool views are amazing - while it can get a bit crowded during peak hours, we always managed to find a sunbed. As an alternative you also have a private beach with plenty of sunbeds. Just a heads-up—there is some ongoing construction in certain exterior areas around the hotel, but it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our stay. Some people in the reviews mentioned construction noise and loud music from the clubs, but we couldn’t hear any of it and slept like babies! Overall, our stay was absolutely fantastic!

The Hotel is rather small and comfortable compared to the giant hotel chains n the surroundings which was an advantage for us . Breakfast was served on the very nice and cosy terrace right in front of the hotel above the beach area . Rooms were comfortable ergonomic clean and nicely furnished .
