The staff were fantastic, and the customer service was outstanding. We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade to a suite, especially since I had booked it as a birthday gift for my husband. The VOCO team truly excels in service, with special thanks to Ms. Ruby at the front desk, Ms. Happy, and Mr. Kyaw at the Club Lounge – an amazing team! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return next time.

I was overwhelmed to receive a complimentary upgrade from standard room to suite for free as I was selected as "guest of the day". I never had this experience as first timer in every hotel.My husband and my daughter love it as the room are huge and clean.The staff are friendly and accomodating.Their service is beyond exceptional.The view along the city was superb.I would absolutely come back and recommended to my friends.
