Saji from reception and the bellman were very nice and friendly. They shows willingness to all your concerns and request, these people are a gem in the company. Hotel location is accessible, rooms are big and clean.

First time in this hotel. I was very impressed. Great Location. Metro is only few minutes walking distance. Restaurants, shops, supermarket all there. Good value for money. Friendly staff. Specially reception staff are very good.Clean place. Definitely coming back.

I had a wonderful stay at Vista City Hotel. The service was exceptional, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. A special mention to Mr. Fahad, whose kindness and attentiveness made my experience even more enjoyable. The hotel’s atmosphere was warm and inviting, and every detail was well taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality. Looking forward to my next visit!

Hotel staff. Vegetarian food options available 24 hrs. Sajid at the reception was superb and very helpfull and overall the whole staff was polite and upto the mark. Location is added bonus of this hotel

The staff had very good customer relations. Moideen was very helpful with my luggage. Fahad and Sajid were very friendly and assisted with everything. The location is a good one as it is closer to loads of eateries as well as a metro station.
