The stay has exceeded my expectations with its blend of comfort, excellent service and value for money. From the moment of arrival, all the hotel staff I met expecially Sagar who did my check-in made feel warmly welcomed with extreme care and professionalism. I highly recommend the hotel even for business travelers.

The reception greeted me upon arrival by telling me that my reservation had been canceled. Hearing this at 10 PM was not pleasant, especially since my booking was still active on Booking.com. However, they insistently and offensively kept claiming that it had been canceled and deleted. In the end, they managed to give me a room—the very same one I had originally booked, which was ready. However, from that point on, we received no further information; unfortunately, they didn’t even show us the breakfast area.

On our first day the receptionist wasn't very nice, there was a leaking floor in the bathroom, the hose didn't work, problem with shower. The next day staff was so amazing and we got an update to a fabulous room. Overall - great as always! Love you Wyndham ❤️
