Excellent service. I had an excellent experience at this hotel. I want to share a moment that truly stood out—when I requested a bandage for a cut on my finger, Mr. Md. Yusuf promptly brought one to me. What touched me the most was his kind gesture of offering to apply the bandage himself. This act of thoughtfulness truly overwhelmed me.
