we have stayed 3 times with our family and keep coming back its one of the last low level hotels in JBR and adds to the wow factor with the monumental sky scrapers towering over you. the location is perfect that you can relax and unwind but have the option to venture out for things to do if you wish. the service is a love and beyond and they make you feel like its home from home. The club room is a must and adds that extra touch of luxury and pamper to your stay. would highly recommend.

My stay at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Dubai was truly a fantastic experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring every need was met with care. We loved the facilities and the staff. The staff at the kids club were excellent with our 4 year old. The breakfast was excellent, as was the Christmas brunch.
