I loved the food and the Service in the restaurants. The Manager of the restaurant Bait Al Nakhla was a real Lord, he was so kind. I really enjoyied the Meal time at this Hotel.

What a comfortable hotel! Family friendly, nice staff, good food! Kids club is very nice, few activities are available and they are never pushy or too loud. It is the perfect place to relax and explore Dubai as well. We took the shuttle from the hotel to mall of the emirates and started strolling around from there. It was very convenient!

helpful hard working staff. many great stress free activities on the premises like morning yoga , a spa with brilliant massage therapists. the beach is clean and neat , rooms were great and spacious. loved the gym and enjoyed that this was zero alcohol premises. very relaxed stay - definitely enjoyed my time here.

The hotel location is great, as it is out of the hustle and bustle of Dubai. We felt rejuvenated and rested after our stay. The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern yet homely, with a lovely pool and sea view. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom clean and spacious. It was so peaceful to sit on the verandah and watch the sun go down. We loved all the healthy food choices at the restaurants and the attentive service. The free pool exercises were so much fun. We could also enjoy the jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and gym for free. Lovely small coffee shop with great fruit juices and cakes if you are feeling like a snack.

Jalees was running the restaurant in an excellent way, making sure everyone enjoyed the food and ambiance. Ajai did an amazing job keeping our room clean and was helpfull with any questions we had.
