very convenient location not far from the metro not far from the mall... daily cleaning, water, coffee, everything you need.... I would like to say special thanks to the employee Marcus! This rating here is yours - I am not the hotel, this person is welcoming, smiling, positive and friendly from the first meeting until departure! He solved all the issues that arose! And if they were not resolved immediately, he achieved and demanded that it be done.....I hope the hotel administration will appreciate this after reading the review.....and if not....I am sure you can find a job in any hotel.....you are great!

- Park Hotel was Exactly* what we needed, in between flights. - We had a clean room, nice bed, - and I swam in the pool (just big enough for a few strokes!) on the roof. - We both had nice massages. The staff helped us get our Iber sorted. This was greatly appreciated.

Some people say place is “old and needs reconstruction”. But Dubai and UAE are not just only Dubai Marina where you see skyscrapers. There is Old Dubai for example. Putting sci-fi designed building into the Older City would be inappropriate. So rooms have traditional for UAE style, they are clean and have no parasites and insects, climate-control with VERY fast conditioning and traditional 1980-arabic furniture. Toilet, bath - everything is fine, high-middle-end-branded. Personnel is very nice and helpful. You can get to the metro and airport in 15 minutes. Highly recommend this place. Thank you and hope to see you again!

There was no breakfast and that disorganized a lot of my mornings.

Tge breakfast was not good, it was poor on quality and quantity, no fruits, no juices, no choices, nothing fresh. Disaster!

Overall, I had a great experience with the Al Jawhara Gardens Hotel; staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful and clean.

Bed is very comfortable, toilet was equipped with toiletries, clean, team and coffe in the room, close to Deira city center, restaurants, markets, and metro station. I’ll come back again
