Everything was amazing from the welcoming to the good-bye. The concierge were so friendly and helpful, the staff in general was super friendly and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was very tasty with a huge variety of hot and cold foods. The staff working for the breakfast restaurant was very attentive and very friendly. Something exceptional was the housekeeping done by Nitesh. We travel a lot and have been to many hotels but his attention to details and to cleanliness was outstanding. The shuttles to the beach and to the malls were also a great and convenient offer. The bed was super comfortable and the view from the room was a dream!! We definitely recommend booking the Marina view with balcony.

We went there because of Coldplay. I loved the location, view from our room. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast buffet was scrumptious. They also provide shuttle services (designated hours) to metro station, Mall of Emirates etc which was really helpful.

The staff were welcoming, helpful and attentive. The room was comfortable and the breakfast options were varied. It had easy access to the marina. The access to soluna beach club and the shuttles to malls and metro services were really valuable.

The room was comfy, large enough and exceptionally clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. Unlike may other hotels and properties in the area, this hotel offers rooms with 2 separate beds, which was important for me as I was travelling with my 16-year old daughter and sharing a bed would be uncomfortable for both of us. The choice of breakfast food was also good, though as someone who has a family member with gluten- and lactose- intolerance (who was not travelling with us this time) I believe the breakfast menu could be enhanced even more by adding more gluten- and dairy-free options.
