Everything was clockwork. However, there are areas of improvement a. It was difficult to reach the reservation guys when we called from Muscat to placecsoecial request. We were taken aback that the desk only operates in the confines of certain hours and none can fill in when they are not there. b. the breakfast buffet was grand, however the waiting time was bit of a bother. I hope these areas are looked into. regards,

The Hotel and the rooms are amazing we had a high floor with amazing view. the tree house bar is a great place to end the night. Great Breakfast with Indian dishes. you can ask as much as you like. amazing stuff

Effortless check in, the valet sees to your car , you don't have to lug your heavy bags, it arrives at your door. The lovely spread at breakfast. Variety of options

Loved everything about this hotel! From a very warm reception we received from Mbali when we checked in to how Imran handled our Emirates shuttle service mixup to the airport. And everything in-between, particularly concierge and house keeping, the teams were very accommodating.

An excellent hotel in Dubai, the staff were just so helpful all the time , nothing was a problem. The hotel was so clean with fantastic restaurants. Even had the head chef personally cook a meal for us and describe the methods of cooking.

- location is great close to dubai mall - Burj khalifa view from the room - early check in at 12:00 noon - TV technetium did a great job by fixing my USB stick to TV
