Location, 4 minutes walk to metro, Very convenient. Suites were cleaned everyday by very polite staff and all supplies replenished. Very well done. Breakfast robust (you can order your own omelettes too). I also liked the smell of the hotel generally. Staff arranged fireworks viewing from the terrace on the 6th floor on New year's eve, we watched all 3 locations of fireworks except the Burj Khalifa one. That's exceptional! I got checked in early at 11am instead of 3pm. That was very kind. Staff were very helpful. Thank you!

Breakfast was nice, All staffs are good especially supervisor Sanjay he allowed us to change the rooms three times during stay as per our city view, sea view requirement. Moreover last but not least they found our wallet left in our room during checkout and immediately they brought to our attention and handover it before we leave from their parking. Wallet had our important documents which requires at UAE land boarder to reach our country.

Everything was so so perfect.The staff 5 stars+++++++++++++was extremely caring , not only the kind of professional kindness but genuine attention. A big thanks to Sanjay🥰,Monica,🤩Laikai🤩🤩 ( thanks forcthe taxi and your message to enquire about the trip)and Viren. These people were just 1000% here to help and make you feel special. Great hearted guys.❤❤ Our stay was short but memorable. The spa and the man at the spa, the room top quality, the view, the equipment were high class, perfectly clean and 5 stars++++, the quietness, the location 1 minute walk to the metro, the breakfast, the cleanliness. And we much appreciated being upgraded 😉😉😉. Thanks for all. We will definitely come back and spend all our holiday with you.

The property is 150m from the metro station red line, in direct connection with Future Museum, Dubai Mall, DXB Airport, Marina, JBR etc. The rooms are big, well equiped and clean.
