It is Compulsory for bookings crossing 31 December 2025 to have New Year Eve Dinner at AED 2200 per adult, AED 1400 for guests between 12 and 21 years old and for children between 06 and 12 years old AED 730. Half-board and full-board rates are based on food only. Beverages are chargeable based on consumption.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Wonderful landscaping and excellent facilities. Very helpful staff and the food is of very high quality. Love the vegetation growing on the walls near the lobby.

The proper is gorgeously set on The Palm with friendly staff and appropriate facilities. Could do with a few more staff at the check-in counter though, with more seats at the lobby maybe. Enjoyed our stay nonetheless and was a wonderfully memorable pre-birthday celebration for my daughter.

I found Sofitel a beautiful relaxing family vacation excellent. Club was excellent value. The children were under 5 and made incredibly welcome throughout our stay. Staff were totally utterly amazing and friendly. We will return next year for sure.

- Polynesian featured spacious rooms are very modern and thought through, rain forest shower is unique and deserved the name 100%, huge rain forest beam from approx 2.75m makes you feel being in Bora Bora - Porterhouse Steak House. Visit this restaurant!. It is a classy steakhouse offering on table prep and cut service. Special thanks to our waitress which fulfilled special wishes about meat cuts and other wishes and to Concierge who made a table feasible for us, within 3min after requesting one. Very much appreciated !!! Thank you! - amount of greenery inside and outside area of hotel is immense, tropical Polynesia feeling fulfilled - Waterfall Pool is a nice feature and area which we liked and less crowded than Slide Pool and Main Pool
