We were on an early flight from Scotland and due to check in at 3pm. We arrived at the hotel VERY tired just before 10am. The reception staff organised 2 free breakfast passes for us, and our room was ready by 11am. HUGE thank you to the team on reception that morning. The stay was relaxing, lovely views from the pool and the Sports Bar on the 5th floor was nice at night.

Everything, it was so clean and the room was beautiful! The hotel service was also really really good! Staff was amazing and beyond helpful. We went shopping at the Mall, when coming back we had so many bags and the staff at the desk got our shopping sent to our room. It was literally a dream come true. I love that the hotel is connected to the mall. Makes life so easy. Service is beyond exceptional and 100% will come back to stay.
