overall it was great to stay at Sheraton, ideal location in the middle of Jumeirah, own spacious beach, before the beach there are nice green fields which makes the hotel cozy and comfortable, also I enjoyed morning walkway leading to blue water; friendly staff, receptionist Justine was very kind and polite, very welcoming and made sure that everything is good, as an upgrade she gave a room with a garden view with a big window, earlier check in and a bit later check out, all these things made a good impression, thank you Justine! to be fair should admit the whole staff is friendly and helpful

Very good. Great choice & well laid out in a spacious environment. The staff in the main restaurant, the Club room (where we took our lunch & evening meal) & the garden boys - amongst them Sasee & Ashker - made our stay.

Rooms were well equipped. Lovely bed linen. Staff were friendly and very courteous, The restaurant buffet breakfast and evening meal gave a wide variety of cuisine.
