Very friendly and professional staff, always very helpful and accommodating especially on our request for early check-in. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with great views of the Burj Khalifa. Love the shower!

We recently stayed at Shangri La hotel where the service was absolutely top-notch. Every concern we raised was promptly and attentively addressed, making us feel truly cared for. The highlight of our experience was an unexpected upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment on a high floor, courtesy of the hotel. The views were spectacular and the space was incredibly comfortable. Special thanks to Assem Amin, whose excellent customer service really made our stay unforgettable. His professionalism and kindness were outstanding. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a seamless and luxurious experience.

Everything was excellent: extremely clean and exquisite service. My only recommendation would be to add a shoehorn in the room (it might have been there, but I couldn't find it). Kind regards.

The Shangri-La Dubai is loyal to its reputation. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and a great view. Large desk to work and very strong wifi. The swimming pool is nice and the gym brand new with premium equipment. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The hotel is very close to the Financial Centre metro station and a short (15’) walk from the DIFC, so ideal if you are there for work.
