I stayed at the Royal Continental Suites (RCS) a week before Christmas (12-19 December) for 1 week. Although I've travelled to Dubai many times, this was my first stay at RCS. I was pleasantly surprised by the accommodation. I am actually very fussy and exacting when it comes to cleanliness (:)) and I have to honestly say, that the standards here were high. I loved my suite and the views out over the canal, with the Burj Khalifa directly in front of me! The gym was well equipped too, with treadmills, weights etc- everything that I need for my workout. I have to make a couple of specific mentions to Fahad and Prakash in Housekeeping, who were so helpful. Likewise too, Mostafa (Assistant Manager) who really does understand what customer service is about. All in all, a great place, lovely, considerate staff and clean, very well maintained suites. I hope to return very soon :)

I can’t emphasize more how the staff were professional and respectful of the guests. They were all went above and beyond to comfort us and assisted in any way they could. A special thanks and shout out to Abdullah and Mustafa for their help and support during our stay. I will never forget this amazing 10 days in Dubai with my family and I will hopefully be back soon🥰.
